Thank you for your interest in our "Marathon Deutsche Weinstraße"!

If done correctly, endurance sports can prove to be an optimal method for maintaining health and performance throughout one’s life. In order for you to have an optimal start to your physical activities and to avoid health risks to the greatest extent possible, we would like to ask you to fill out the GRR questionnaire honestly and to the best of your ability.

The "Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln" (german university of sports in cologne), the „Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sportmedizin und Prävention" (german association for sports medicine and prevention) an the syndicate "German Road Races" have created a catalogue of heath questions. The data will be recorded by the german university of sports for academic reasons. You'll receive an interpretation of your data at the end of the questionary.

Please note that the amount of training you do plays a key role in your level of fitness and is also essential for your state of health. Should you plan on competing in a half-marathon, for example, you should plan and train accordingly for at least 1 to 2 years.

We expect you to demonstrate a great degree of self-responsibility. Do not play games with your health, but rather treasure it and take great care of it.
